OLB Laser Design Terms of Service

Welcome to OLB Laser Design. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order with OLB Laser Design, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing products from OLB Laser Design, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Custom Orders

Most products sold by OLB Laser Design are custom-made or personalized. Because each item is created specifically for the customer, production begins after an order is approved.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted information, including names, dates, spelling, artwork, and customization details, is accurate before production begins.

3. Design Approval

When a proof is provided, it is the customer's responsibility to review and approve every detail before production.

Approval confirms that:

All spelling, grammar, and dates are correct.
Artwork placement and sizing are acceptable.
The design is ready for production.

OLB Laser Design is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.

4. Intellectual Property

Customers must have the legal right to use any logos, artwork, photographs, trademarks, or other materials submitted for engraving or printing.

By submitting artwork, you represent that:

You own the rights to the content, or
You have permission from the copyright or trademark owner to use it.

OLB Laser Design reserves the right to refuse any order that may infringe upon intellectual property rights or violate applicable law.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders will not enter production until payment has been received.

6. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing errors may be corrected before an order is accepted.

Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be added where required by law.

7. Production Times

Estimated production times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Production times may vary due to:

Order volume
Material availability
Equipment maintenance
Holidays
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

8. Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

OLB Laser Design is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the OLB Laser Design Refund Policy.

Custom engraved and personalized items are generally non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or errors made by OLB Laser Design.

10. Product Variations

Laser engraving is a manufacturing process performed on natural and manufactured materials.

Customers understand that slight variations in:

Color
Grain
Engraving depth
Finish
Material appearance
Placement within normal production tolerances

are normal and are not considered defects.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OLB Laser Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

12. Refusal of Service

OLB Laser Design reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders involving:

Illegal content
Offensive or hateful material
Copyright or trademark infringement
Fraudulent activity
Safety concerns

Any canceled order that has not entered production will be refunded.

13. Warranty Disclaimer

Except where required by law, products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
