Processing Time

  • Custom engraved orders: 5–7 business days
  • In-stock items: 1–3 business days
  • Processing times may increase during holidays or periods of high order volume. If there is a delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We ship throughout the United States using trusted carrier:

  • USPS

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Delivery destination
  • Selected shipping method

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Custom Engraved Products

Because each custom engraved item is made specifically for you, please carefully review all spelling, dates, artwork, and customization details before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for customer-submitted errors once production has begun.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available by appointment in Richmond, California. If you would like to pick up your order, please contact us before placing your order.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in placing an order, please contact us to discuss available options.
